On July 15th of this year, Denver Broncos Defensive End Elvis Dumervil was arrested in his hometown of Miami, Florida for aggravated assault with a firearm. On August 7th, the charges were dropped because of a lack of factual evidence. We have since learned that Dumervil is filing suit against the city of Miami as a result of his mistreatment.
