Be Aggressive and Play your Playmakers

Dear Broncos Coaches and Mr. Elway:

If this was the NBA I might try and X&O but basketball was my sport. I don't know if this Broncos team is good enough to win the Super Bowl. I do know that every team including the Sea Chickens have flaws. I have had the opportunity to be part of a few Championships, no none of them world Championships. So this advice is strictly MHO.

My first suggestions is play your playmakers. I think the offensive side of the Ball has done this. Defense and special teams is another matter. Look Woodyard and Ianacho are play makers the need to be on the field. They have not been at there best for different reasons but they both have the ability to make game changing plays. There replacements have not shown that ability. Don't try to fix everything as a coach you'll kill yourself. Instead trust yourself and your players to do what they do and live with the good and bad. I also believe Bruton and Boldin are two of our best Special Teams player, that's where they make plays. I also am one of the few who thinks you should stay with Holliday. Championships aren't won by fearing errors the are won by giving confidence to players and trusting them to do what they do best.

My second suggestion is be really aggressive on defense. My thoughts on this have a lot to do with our offense. Don't let the other team keep the ball. Blitz a lot play a lot of man encourage risk taking. If the other team scores that is not that big a deal just force them to do it fast. I dare some one to out score our offense in a game with lots of possessions. Keep our playmakers on the field and tell them to go balls all in.

So in short play your studs, trust them, and go down or win it all throwing haymakers!
