Here's what I wanted to throw out there and see what might shake out. The tables below are borrowed from http://www.kffl.com/.
Arizona carried over $3.6M, is over the cap by $723,000. The list below is their FA status. It appears that Denver already pilfered Gerell Robinson from them. Any one else here you think might help us?

Mon, 10 Dec 2012, The Arizona Cardinals have placed OG Richard Ohrnberger (knee) on Injured Reserve. D'Anthony Batiste is a left OT so we don't need him, but Pat McQuistan, a seven-year veteran, was signed to a one year contract to fill in for an injured back up player and played in 5 games starting in the last three. He's only gotten 11 starts in seven years.
ILB Lenon Paris has started all 16 games for AZ in each of the last 3 years with just 5 sacks during that period.
Atlanta carried over $307,000, but is under the cap by $4.9M. Looks like they may need to let some guys go.
ILB Mike Peterson will be entering his 14th year and lost his starting spot the last couple of years so I wouldn't go there.
Starting right guard Garrett Reynolds, 6-foot-7, 310 pounds, who did not play from scrimmage in the last two games because of a back injury, was placed on injured reserve in early Nov, 2012. He'was a fifth round selection in 09. Both Sam Baker and Will Svitek are left OT's & we don't need them.
Baltimore carried over $3.6M, and is under the cap by $12,296,821.00, and they have to sign Flacco.
Ryan Considine, undrafted in 08, is an unproven OT with no games played. Bryant McKinnie is a LT, a ten year starter, who lost his starting position and was a back up last year.
Ricky Brown has been a backup his whole career. ILB Dannell Ellerbe finally got 7 starts last year after being signed as an undrafted player in 09. Paul Kruger, listed as a DE out of college got 5 starts at SAM last year.
Dallas carried over $2.3M, and is over the cap by $18.2M. It looks like the Giants grabbed a couple of their guys but dallas has been pretty active so far at resigning about half of the rest.
I didn't see anyone there I liked.
Detroit carried over $486,000, and is over the cap by $1.1M, so they are up against it. It looks like Denver signed OG Justin Boren.
Justin Durant is an OLB we don't need, and after being drafted in the 3rd round in 09, DeAndre Levy has played a different position every year (MLB in 2010) and has been a starter since his 1st year but has just 1 sack in 4 years.
New Orleans carried over $2.7M, and is over the cap by $14.7M. Rumor has it that they may release DE Will Smith and LB Jonathan Vilma. Vilma played MLB for 6 of his 9 years.
Jonathan Casillas is just 25 and had 13 starts at MLB in 2011. Scott Shanle is a RLB, 10 year vet that we don't need.
Yahoo Sports says...
The club is currently around $16 million over a 2013 league-wide cap figure that has long been projected to increase only slightly over the 2012 figure of $120.6 million, and the team will need to re-sign left tackle Jermon Bushrod and defensive tackle Sedrick Ellis, as well as clear a few million dollars for a restricted free agent tender on center Brian De La Puente.
The NY Giants carried over $1M, and are over the cap by $4.7M.
William Beatty is an LT, & Sean Locklear is a 9 year vet who started 9 games last year & has played RT. Kevin Boothe id a LG who started every game last year.
Reports are that the Giants will try to retain their MLB Chase Blackburn, and Keith Rivers is an OLB.
It sucks to be a Jet. The NY Jets carried over $3.4M, and are over the cap by $19.4M.
I can't think of anyone I'd want from this team!
Oakland carried over $4.5M, and is over the cap by that same figure.
I can't think of anyone I'd want from this team! Starting RG Cooper Carlisle played for Denver from 2000 - 06 and has been a starter his whole career, but just finished his 13th season.
Pittsburgh carried over $758,000, and is over the cap by $10.8M.
I can't see them letting Max Starks go. He's played RT but started all 16 games at LT last year. Ramon Foster started all 16 at RG, and their 4th year C/LG Doug Legursky only started 3 games last year after 10 starts the year before as he has been bounced around to fill in for injured players.
11 year veteran ILB Larry Foote played MLB the one year he was at Detroit, 7 year vet Brandon Johnson is a life time back up, and Greg Warren hasn't started a game in his 8 year career.
San Francisco carried over $859,000, and is under the cap by just $3.9M

| DL | Isaac Sopoaga | UFA | San Francisco 49ers | Free Agent |
| LB | Tavares Gooden | UFA | San Francisco 49ers | Free Agent |
| LB | Larry Grant | UFA | San Francisco 49ers | Free Agent |

UFA | San Francisco 49ers | Free Agent |
| CB | Tramaine Brock | RFA | San Francisco 49ers | Free Agent |
| SS | Dashon Goldson | UFA | San Francisco 49ers | Free Agent |
| FS | Darcel McBath | UFA | San Francisco 49ers | Free Agent |
| FS | Michael Thomas | Re-signed | San Francisco 49ers | San Francisco 49ers |
After starting 12 games for Baltimore in 09, ILB Tavares Gooden hasn't gotten another start, and 5 year vet Larry Grant has been a career back up. OLB Clark Haggans wants to play a 14th year after signing a 1 year deal last year.
12 year vet RG Leonard Davis, after signing a one year deal, and starting his whole career just played a back up roll last year.
St. Louis carried over $247,000, and is under the cap by just $1.8M.
5 year vet RT Barry Richardson started all 16 games last year, as did 6 year vet C/LG Robert Turner. Chris Williams didn't see any action after starting 38 games for Chicago over his 5 year career.
ILB Mario Haggan left Denver for the Rams last year but got just two starts, and we don't need OLB Rocky McIntosh.
Washington carried over $4.2M, and is over the cap by $4M. Lets go steal someone from our old friend Shanny.
RT Tyler Polumbus started 15 games last year. Other than that, I don't see anyone else right off hand that I like. Hopefully all the information is correct, but let me know if you find a typo.
Well, now you see what people do when bored to death. Who would you not mind grabbing, if anyone?
