According to NFLNetwork.com Doom has fired his agent. Now, I think he should sue him. If the Broncos ask the League for an inquiry or if the NFLPA starts an inquiry, there is no team that will sign Doom.

The way I see it, the Broncos are out a Player and Doom is out literally millions of dollars. My opinion also, but Doom's agent was still shopping when Elvis told him to make the deal with the Broncos...Whether this is tampering or not is beside the point. The agent is acting or supposed to be acting on behalf of his client and if his client says make the deal, then 'Make The Deal'!
