I've just started re-watching all of last Season's games with an eye on the progress of the Defense.
Starting last Season under a new DC, Von Miller took some major strides to become a complete FootBall Player. Under the Coaching of Del Rio & LB Coach Smith, Von expanded his game and started to bring his special talent to bear on the opponents.
This clip shows just a few highlights of Von's Season...I think we all know what a unique & special Player we have. He brings a quickness, game speed, power, agility and perhaps most of all, the desire to just get better.
Of particular note is that he's strong enough to bring down Big Ben and quick enough to get upfield and tackle Cam Newton, who is an agile & elusive QB.
That said, we all know that Von Miller is not the Defense...Major Props to Coach Del Rio & his Staff for putting Players in position for succes and all the Players for executing ( most of the time )! There were some great plays made on Defense this last season...Von was a big part of those plays but so were: Big Vick, Justin Bannon, Champ, Wolfe, Doom, Ayers, Unrein, Carter, Harris, Porter, Woody & Moore.
