Keys to winning AFCCG

JDR and the coaching staff MUST scheme better than BB and NE expect.

I suggest seriously considering the "quarter-normal" defense. { line up extra guy on the edge (unblocked by NE O-line) and accelerate to Brady every down.}

This can also seal the edge on that side for the run, gets pressure, and forces the NE RBs to constantly have to block to protect Brady. It forces an offense to work for yards, I use it in Madden against the Pats.

Never only rush three-- always four or more. No "prevent defense"

No zone coverage- we don't have the personnel for it. Always have safety help.

DRC on Edelman, Bailey on Amendola (or vice versa). Carter/Webster/Jammer on 3rd. 4th NE WR always.

If Jammer plays, use him at "quarter -normal" blitz as much as possible. Use poorest pass defending and run stopping line backer as much as possible to blitz from the blind-side edge as much as possible, otherwise.

Could also cause false start penalties on NE offense if tackles try to move sideways.

Sly and Knight must try to get double teams and stuff the O-line as much as possible. Stop the Run.

Change the defensive formation before the snap so that Brady has to adjust (NE may have trouble adjusting if the crowd stays jet-engine loud) [NE offense can't hear Brady then.]

Must try to get turnovers, strip sacks and INTs.

On offense, control the clock, keep Brady off field, avoid turnovers. Tire the Pats out (altitude).

Must play 60 minutes, keep playing no matter what the score.
