Browns Interviewing McDaniels

Maybe this is news to you and maybe not, but according to an article I just found it looks like the Browns are thinking seriously about Josh McDaniels for their next head coach: Read the Article Here

This, I think, makes it absolutely clear that the Browns FO & ownership have pretty much the worst judgment in the league when it comes to personnel decisions. Granted, there wasn't much doubt in that regard anyway.

Personally, I don't like McDaniels for a head coaching job anywhere in the NFL. He's a minefield of bad personnel decisions (maybe that's why they like him?) and bad player relations. I think any recent success McDaniels has had is probably more attributable to Brady anyway. Not to mention McDaniels and Belichick's association with a certain couple of scandals...Anyway.

I kind of feel for the Browns as a team, since they always seem to get the short end of the stick one way or another and generally because of things outside of the players' control. For the Browns' players, if nothing else, I hope that it doesn't work out. But better McDaniels to the Browns as HC than Adam Gase.
