Let me preface this with my take on the O-Line. No matter how you look at this we have five legitimate starters on the offensive line. In my opinion, Franklin is a far above average run-blocking RT, but he has benefited from the quick release of Peyton and the double teams of Vasquez.
For a second imagine the interior line having three road-grader beasts that weigh just about 1,000 pounds! If Montee Ball can't run behind that... well then quite frankly he can't run behind anything.
Does that mean we still need depth? Of course, but it also means we shouldn't spend a first-rounder or even a second on o-line.
With that being said, we still have two starting spots that can be immediately upgraded through May's draft: LB and CB.
Now the question becomes whether or not we believe K-Webb can become a reliable nickel corner, obviously sliding CHJ into the slot. On that note I trust Webby a lot more than I trust McCray, Irving, or Johnson to fill in as our nickel backer after the departure of Woody.
In my opinion, the Broncos should do everything they possibly can to scoop up Shazier or Mosley as I believe they are the only to Mike LB's in this draft capable of playing all three downs right of the bat. If for whatever reason, we are unable to scoop up either of these guys (through 31 or trading up) then we should go after both Smallwood and Skov, interchanging them between pass and run situations respectively.
After that depth is our only concern. Corner comes first, OL/DL second, and RB/WR third.
