His name is Boseko Lokombo, he will henceforth be referred to by his nickname, "Bo".
Four year OLB from the University of Oregon. He was originally born in the Congo and moved to Canada as a kid.
Here are his measurables:
Height: 6' 2"
Arm Length: 33 3/8"
40 Yard Dash: 4.66
He is super raw as a traditional LB but has above average speed and exceptional coverage skills for the position that could make him very valuable as our 2nd coverage LB. Denver has scouted Telvin Smith, from Florida State, and I have seen alot of talk about him lately on this site. I view "Bo" as a cheaper version of Telvin Smith.
I see him coming in as our back up SLB who rotates into our nickel package as a coverage LB. This allows Nate Irving to play the middle on base downs (something I think he is capable of) and allows our team flexibility to draft other areas since the LB class is so shallow in this year's draft. I personally would hate to see Denver use a high round pick on any linebacker not named Ryan Shazier. I would still advocate, however, to drafting Avery Williamson (who I love and did a fanpost about awhile back) for competition and depth. Below are some links to what the "experts" say. I didn't want to just copy paste stuff from them because you can go read that yourself lol. However, to summarize, most of the scouts like his athleticism and praise his coverage ability.
Also below are some highlights and game tape so you can watch him in action. He has 4 TDs in his career too, so he has a knack for creating TOs and finding the end zone.
Here is some game tape from the UCLA game. He lines up to cover the slot for several plays
