I have been saving nearly every simulated mock I've done on Notepad and combined my favorites from each round into this mock. I believe these guys are all plausible to be there when we pick. No ourlads boards used.
31 ILB MOSLEY, CJ ALABAMA
I think the reports of teams being scared off because of injury, if accurate, could cause him to drop to us. IF Shazier were here I would take him in a heart beat over Mosley, HOPEFULLY the Broncos have their pick Thursday.
63 OT JAMES, JA'WUAN TENNESSEE
From the reports I've read on him Ja'Wuan is more of a balanced blocker than some of the other Tackles I've seen at this pick.
CB DESIR, PIERRE LINDENWOOD
Compared to DRC. Not quite as fast, but if he is available he could be our best option at #95.
131 WR JANIS, JEFF SAGINAW VALLEY STATE
After doing dozens of draft sim's Janis is not consistently available after the fourth. If the John's really like him he could be this high on their boards.
171 FS MARQUESTON HUFF WYOMING
From what I've read Huff should go higher than this, but his small school background and lack of exposure could let him drop to us in the 5th
207 DE SAM, MICHAEL MISSOURI
We can always use extra pass rushers. Comparable size to Ware and he would be a steal in the 6th. I think his media fiasco may make teams shy away from him a bit causing him to slide.
246 G SPENCER LONG NEBRASKA
This kid was projected as a 3rd round pick a few months ago. Due to injury he'll have to sit on IR for a year. IF Orlando ends up playing LG AND we don't resign him next year Spencer Long could come in very handy. Getting 3rd round talent in the 7th is the definition of BPA.
How do you like it ?
