With OTAs fully underway, the Broncos are keeping busy on the football field.
They're keeping busy in the front office as well.
The latest Broncos to sign on the dotted line are linebacker Lamin Barrow out of LSU and tackle Michael Schofield out of Michigan. Barrow was the club's fifth round pick, while Schofield was Denver's third rounder. Three other draft picks signed Monday.
This leaves Denver's first round draft pick Bradley Roby as the only Broncos draft picks left unsigned.
While terms of the deals are not disclosed, rookie contracts in the NFL are fairly strictly slotted these days. Barrow's deal is expected to be for four years and $2.4 million.
In other words, team dinner is on Barrow and Schofield tonight! I'm digging the Rockies hat as well. You can take the team out to a ball game for some Rockie Dogs in lieu of lobster, if you like.
