Michael Schofield got reps with the starters on Monday at the first practice of the week. For a playoff game.
You read that right, the worst right tackle in football continues to keep the confidence of the Denver Broncos coaches.
All in unison: Why?
Lol. Wow interesting to see Michael Schofield with the ones. So there's that

There's no way they would trot a 39-year-old quarterback out on Sunday afternoon with a guy who could get replaced by a chair. Would they? Not with a chance to advance to the AFC Championship Game. Would they?
I get it, they don't want to ruin the young offensive lineman from Michigan forever, though Khalil Mack and every other edge pass rusher did that for them. They don't want to risk his future and destroy his confidence. Have they watched "the tape?"
This is no time to take risks with such nonsense.
Schofield is putrid and the risk of Peyton Manning getting injured again shoots up significantly if Schofield sees the field. As do the chances of Denver losing. The playoffs are about putting your team in a position that allows the best chance of success. That means you play your best players. News flash: That's not Schofield.
Even football novices are asking, "WTF are Gary Kubiak, Rick Dennison and the offensive coaches doing?"
One can hope it's just Monday and Tyler Polumbus was getting some rest?!?
Since it is Monday, the real practice work won't start until Wednesday. So we can hope by then that Kubiak and the coaches will have come to their senses.
If not, the feeling Broncos Country has right now will get amplified 100x.
And the Pittsburgh Steelers will flash an evil smile.
Editor's note: Please do not destroy the device you're reading this story on or throw up. It's only Monday, so there's still time for the Broncos coaches to come to their senses.
