Horse Tracks: KC Fans Hungry; Continue to Starve

An Intern was apparently hired who was not alive the last time the Kansas City Chiefs won a playoff game. This is only our top story today because of all of the lovely Chiefs fans who trolled my recent rankings post. Go Chiefs! The 1990's rock!

Horse Tracks: Once a Raider...

Charles Woodson goes back home and honestly, I'm glad. He would not have been much of an upgrade over the young guns and Peyton Manning will get to make him regret his decision twice this year. It's a win/win.

Horse Tracks: Prayers to OKC

Thankfully members of my own family are all accounted for and safe, but I am sure many of their own friends and acquaintances are not. Our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone in the region, but especially the little ones lost at Plaza Towers...

Horse Tracks: Broncos Mt. Rushmore?

John Elway, duh. Terrell Davis, without him no Super Bowls. Floyd Little, without him no franchise in Denver. Randy Gradishar, without him no first winning season and first Super Bowl appearance. Anyone else, put them at #5 and call it a day!

Horse Tracks: Seachickens Cheat/Roid Rage

Sorry for the late Horse Tracks, people. A sick 3 year old kept me busy most of the night and I definitely needed the hour or two of shut eye I got this morning. The munchkin is on the mend, so all is right in the world once again!

Horse Tracks: "The Heat Is On!"

Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos are going to need to channel their inner Glenn Frey because in 2013, The Heat is On, baby.

Horse Tracks: Post-SBN Armageddon

Whew! I've been around MHR and SB Nation since 2007ish and this was the worst outage I've ever seen. As bad as it was, I've got to hand it to the IT staff that worked day and night to bring things back online. Now don't let it happen again! haha

Horse Tracks: Drugs Make You Stupid

Not to pick on former NFL wide receiver, Jimmy Smith, but it seems like being a wide receiver induces mass stupidity in recent weeks. From the aforementioned Smith to Titus Young's insane week to Justin Blackmon's issues, drugs are bad for people!

Horse Tracks: Montee Ball, meet Alex Gibbs

John Elway fully expects to recreate then 1998 Denver Broncos, with one exception. He wants to do it with better talent. Any Bronco fan that isn't licking their chops for the 2013 season has got to be out of their minds!

Horse Tracks: Welcome to the NFL, Rook

Nothing beats getting that first look at your new girlfriend, ah, I mean rookie draft pick in uniform. Plenty of good reads and videos in today's tracks. Enjoy!

Horse Tracks: Is Ayers Really The Answer?

I actually think Robert Ayers is a quality starting defensive lineman, but I have sincere doubts in his ability to be a premier pass rushing defensive end. Either way, I think the Broncos should keep him around even if he doesn't become that guy.

43

Horse Tracks: Get Gradishar Into The Hall!

Randy Gradishar is as deserving of the Hall of Fame as any Denver Bronco not yet inducted. The time has come for at least ONE member of the famed Orange Crush to be given the honor he deserves for spear heading that defense for 10 seasons.

51

Horse Tracks: Sugar Plums & Gum Drops

According to John Elway and Matt Russell, all is right in the world and we should dine on sugar plums and gum drops, while singing sweet rhythmic hymns together! Kumbaya!

Horse Tracks: Champ's Still A Stud

For all you Champ Bailey haters, he's still a Top 10 cornerback and will likely remain in the Top 20 until the day he retires. This "move him to safety" crap isn't likely going to every make sense, so let it go.

Horse Tracks - There is no offseason

Jason Gay: Do Sports Fans Need an Off-Season? - WSJ.com The greatest example of off-season creep is the NFL, a near-religion which has successfully repositioned itself from a fall-to-winter pastime...

Horse Tracks: It's Still Miller Time

ProFootballFocus.com has determined that Von Miller is the 4th best player in the entire National Football League. !!! Not only that, Peyton Manning clocked in as the leagues best Quarterback, ranked 7th overall. Go Broncos!
