This fine looks legit based on the video evidence. You can't rip your helmet off then purposely bump into an official while screaming at him. Jerry Jeudy is fortunate this didn't result in an in-game penalty. Of course, Jeudy went on to catch three touchdowns and have one of his biggest games of his career, so probably worth the fine.
