Says ProFootballFocus...
"Mays rounds out the All-AFC West linebackers as he continues to build a reputation as one of the best two-down linebackers in the league, bringing great intensity and physicality as a downhill linebacker."

Denver Broncos Free Agent Review: Dante Rosario
Tight End Dante Rosario is the next Denver Bronco Free Agent to be reviewed in our look at the 2012 Offseason. Chosen by Carolina in the fifth round of the 2007 NFL Draft, Rosario played his college ball at Oregon, where he set a school record for Tight Ends with 42 receptions as a senior in 2006. He started 22 games for the Panthers over the next four seasons, but only 6 in 2010. That didn't stop him from posting a career high 32 catches for 264 yards (8.3 avg.). With the arrival of Free Agent Jeremy Shockey in March 2011, Dante was released. He ended up reuniting with his former coach John Fox when he signed with the Broncos in July 2011. But again, Rosario was surprisingly released at the end of the preseason because rookie Tight Ends Julius Thomas and Virgil Green had a good Training Camp. A few days later, the Miami Dolphins signed him, but that lasted all of 3 weeks. He was released on September 20th and resigned by the Broncos on September 22, 2011 when Julius Thomas suffered a high-ankle sprain.
Denver Broncos Free Agent Review: Mario Haggan
Mario Haggan joined the Broncos as a free agent on November 4, 2008, and played in the last eight games of that season. The following year, Haggan became the first NFL player to start all sixteen games in a season after not having a single start in seventy-three or more games.
Overview:
After coming to the Broncos from Buffalo as a free agent in 2008, Haggan started all thirty-two games in 2009 and 2010 -- first as a left outside linebacker, then as a right inside linebacker. He was fourth on the team in tackles in 2009 with 63 total tackles and second on the team in 2010 with 87 total tackles. In his first three seasons in the orange and blue he recorded seven sacks and five forced fumbles. With the return to a 4-3 base defense under new Head Coach John Fox, Haggan logged only one start in fifteen games in 2011 -- though he also recorded the first interception of his nine year career during the 2011 campaign.
Does This Guy fit the Fox/Del Rio mold for a MIKE?
Sideline to sideline speed.... check! Non-stop motor..... check! Violent hit power.... check! Great instincts, tackling technique, and physicality.... check! Perfect warrior attitude for the position.... check! Ability to produce game changing plays.... CHECK AGAIN!!!
Trevathan is slotted to be a WLB or SLB in the pro's... but looking at his insane college production and his skill set, what stands in his way of being that prototype Fox/Del Rio MLB? Nothing I say!!!
Oh, and he can blitz well too!
Here are some of his NCAA stats:
2011: 143 Tackles, 11.5 TFL, 4 INT, 5 FF, 5 PBU, 3 Sacks
2010: 144 Tackles, 16 TFL, 4 FF, 3 PBU, 3 Sacks
Trevathan was a 3 year starter, who got better each and every year. He added around 12 lbs. of bulk last year (6-1, 232) and actually got a bit faster. I'm telling you guys.... screw Burfict in the 1st, Trevathan could be had in the 3rd to 4th rounds. He projects to be a Lance Briggs type player... after he gains some more bulk of course.
Denver Broncos Free Agent Review: Chris Clark
Continuing the review of Denver Broncos Free Agents, we come to Offensive Tackle Chris Clark. Signed by Tampa Bay as a college Free Agent in May 2008, Chris was released in Training Camp and then signed to the Minnesota Vikings Practice Squad, where he resided until becoming one of the last roster cuts by the Vikings September 4, 2010. The Broncos claimed him off waivers the following day and he played in Denver’s final eight games in 2010, mostly on Special Teams. In 2011, the Broncos often used Clark as an extra lineman in place of a Tight End or sometimes even a receiver for a jumbo blocking package. He was also the backup at both Tackle spots and played most of the 4th quarter at Right Tackle in the Lions game when Orlando Franklin was benched.
