NFC Championship Game - Minnesota at New Orleans Game Night Open Thread
One team is booking its' flight to Miami, who will join them? The Colts wore down the Jets this afternoon, eventually proving that talent will overcome talk.
Now it is the Saints and Vikings.
People who know me know that I am NOT a fan of Brett Favre. Perhaps the only thing worse than the Broncos not being a factor in these playoffs is the love-fest we would have to endure should the Vikings win. There is also something special about the two top teams from the regular season meeting with the Vince Lombardi Trophy on the line.

AFC Championship Game - New York at Indianapolis Game Day Thread
What will win out? Karma or Talent. The Colts could have ended the Jets season in Week 16 but chose not to. The Jets used their second life - and some choke-tastic kicking by Shayne Graham and Nate Keading - to propel themselves to the AFC Championship Game.
The Colts really can't win today - win the game, and they were supposed to. Lose the game, and, well, it's the ultimate failure.

As for me? Nothing but the home teams today!

AFC Divisional Playoff - New York Jets at San Diego Chargers
UNCLE! UNNNNCLLEEEEE! Enough. I have gotten crushed with all three of my picks so far - 45-14, 20-3 and 34-3. I'm done with the road teams!!

NFC Divisional Playoff - Dallas Cowboys at Minnesota Vikings
Ok, so, Saturday wasn't a good day for the road teams. I picked both and they lost by a combined score of 65-17. Ouch. Anyway, today is a new day and a new chance at redemption. Again, I am taking a road team, but the way Dallas and Minnesota finished the season I feel a lot better about the Cowboys than I did Arizona or Baltimore.

AFC Divisional Playoff - Baltimore Ravens at Indianapolis Colts
Well, I guess we know all we need to know about the New Orleans offense. Congrats to the Saints, who will host their first NFC Championship Game next weekend against the winner of the Cowboys/Vikings game tomorrow.
That leaves us tonight's game between the Ravens and Colts. I have been thinking Ravens all week, but two things happened - first, Joe Flacco's hip has been so sore that he can barely sit down. Beating the Colts and Peyton Manning is hard enough with everyone healthy. A hobbled quarterback, even with that defense and dominant running game, makes it nearly impossible.
Second, after picking the road team earlier, and watching the Cardinals get beat 45-14, I am a bit gunshy. That said...

NFC Divisional Round - Arizona Cardinals at New Orleans Saints
The Cardinals, fresh off dropping a 50-spot on the Packers, head to New Orleans to face one of the few offenses that can actually match up with their fire power. Needless to say, the team that can muster any type of defense will be the one that moves on.
