The NFL confirmed that Broncos Linebacker Von Miller was fined $25,000 for a "below the knee" hit on Tampa Bay Buccaneers Quarterback Josh Freeman in last week's game. That brings the talented pass rusher's fine assessment to $93,500 going back to November last season.

The speculation is that Miller could soon be suspended if he amasses many more "illegal" hits. Especially since he has been fined 5 times in the span of 24 games.
