What I spoke of this morning as a possibility has become fact with word that the Broncos have signed DT Sam Adams to a 1 year deal.  Terms of the deal were not announced.

I like this deal, and the depth it provides the defensive line, providing Adams shows up in shape and motivated to better his 2006 season.

Even if that isn't the case the Broncos aren't on the hook for much and the rewards far out-weigh the risks.  Another solid move for Shanny, and more beef up front for Jim Bates' defense.
