Forbes Ranks Value Of NFL Teams, Broncos #6

Each year, Forbes magazine ranks the richest teams in the NFL.  For the 2nd consecutive year the Broncos finished #6 on the list, valued at a whopping $994 Million.  Yea, damn near $1 Billion Dollars!!  That's alot of zeros...

The entire list is below --

NFL Team Values

  1. Dallas Cowboys
  2. Washington Redskins
  3. New England Patriots
  4. Houston Texans
  5. Philadelphia Eagles
6. Denver Broncos
  1. Chicago Bears
  2. New York Giants
  3. Cleveland Browns
  4. New York Jets
  5. Baltimore Ravens
  6. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
  7. Kansas City Chiefs
  8. Carolina Panthers
  9. Miami Dolphins
  10. Pittsburgh Steelers
  11. Green Bay Packers
  12. Tennessee Titans
  13. Seattle Seahawks
  14. Cincinnati Bengals
  15. Indianapolis Colts
  16. St Louis Rams
  17. Arizona Cardinals
  18. Detroit Lions
  19. New Orleans Saints
  20. San Diego Chargers
  21. Buffalo Bills
  22. Oakland Raiders
  23. Jacksonville Jaguars
  24. San Francisco 49ers
  25. Atlanta Falcons
  26. Minnesota Vikings
The Broncos rank #1 in the AFC West, #3 in the AFC.  It's easy to see which teams need new stadiums -- the Chargers, who rank 26th, and the Colts, who even after a Super Bowl title rank #21.

Not a bad investment for Pat Bowlen, either, who bought the team in 1984 for a miniscule $78 Million.  Not a bad investment.
