     @

Time: 4:05 p.m. ET

Teams: Jacksonville Jaguars (1-1) at Denver Broncos (2-0)

Location: Invesco Field @ Mile High -- Denver, CO

Weather Forcast: Partly Cloudy, 74 Degrees, 20% Chance of Rain

No time in the NFL to focus on past triumphs, you have to move on, win or lose, very quickly and get ready for Week 3.  The Broncos remain at home this Sunday to face the Jacksonville Jaguars(1-1) who have, to be honest, pretty ordianry through their first two games. We'll have alot more about the matchup as we continue through the week, but as we always do here are some things to watch for on Sunday --

Team Notes --

TEAM (LESS THAN 75 PASS YDS. ALLOWED IN 2 CONSEC. GMS.) -
Can hold an opponent to less than 75 net passing yards for the third consecutive game on Sunday, which would mark the first time that feat has been accomplished by Denver since the 1970 NFL merger.

TEAM (100-YD. RUSHER/RECEIVER IN 2 CONSEC. GMS.) - Can
extend its two-game streak of having both a 100-yard rusher (Travis Henry) and 100-yard receiver (Javon Walker) in the same game (longest active streak in NFL) Sunday against the Jaguars.

(10 CONSEC. HOME WINS IN SEPT.) - Can extend its 10-game home winning streak in the month of September (longest active streak in NFL) with a victory Sunday against the Jaguars.

Players Notes --

CB CHAMP BAILEY (22 INTS) - Needs two interceptions to tie Steve Atwater (24) for eighth and four to tie Louis Wright (26) for
seventh in Broncos history in career interceptions.

CB CHAMP BAILEY (301 INT YDS.) - Needs 34 interception return yards to tie Randy Gradishar (335) for 10th, 39 to tie Tom Jackson (340) for ninth and 59 to tie Louis Wright for eighth in
Broncos history in career interception return yards.

CB CHAMP BAILEY (3 INT RET. FOR TDS) - Needs one interception returned for a touchdown to tie Tyrone Braxton (4) and Mike Harden (4) for the most interceptions returned for a touchdown in
Broncos history.

QB JAY CUTLER (7-GAME TD STREAK) - Can extend his franchise-record seven-game streak of consecutive starts with at least one touchdown pass to begin a Broncos career with a scoring toss on Sunday against the Jaguars.

K JASON ELAM (1,692 PTS.) - Needs seven points to tie Jan Stenerud (1,699) for eighth in NFL history in career points scored. Also can become the fastest player in NFL history to reach 1,700 career points with eight points in his 223rd career game on Sunday against the Jaguars.

RB TRAVIS HENRY (4 CONSEC. 100-YD. GMS.) - Can extend his personal-best four-game streak (longest active streak in NFL) of at least 100 rushing yards should he reach that total Sunday against Jacksonville.

C TOM NALEN (191 GP) - Needs to play one game to pass Tom Jackson (191) for sole possession of third in Broncos history in career games played.

DE SIMEON RICE (121 SACKS) - Needs half a sack to tie Clyde Simmons (121.5) for 12th and 5.5 sacks to tie Derrick Thomas (126.5) for 11th in NFL history in career sacks.

P TODD SAUERBRUN (77 PUNTS) - Needs three punts to tie Paul Ernster (80) for 11th in Broncos history in career punts.

WR JAVON WALKER (2 CONSEC. 100-YD. GMS.) - Can set a personal best and tie a franchise record by posting at least 100 receiving yards for the third consecutive game should he reach that mark Sunday against the Jaguars.

Let's hope
that Sauerbraun won't have to tie the punting record this week.
