Congratulations, you've just successfully condensed 15 years of "news" out of the bay area into one sentence.  Your Poet Laureate medal is in the mail.

This is our division. It's always been our division ... It's always been ours and we just have to take it back. Brandon Marshall 11/19/07

"Phyllis and his band of merry men"
This made me laugh. I think Marmalard just found himself another nickname.

Good stuff
I thought Klis nailed the questions really well.

Klis
is always respectful of Broncomania, and has been careful in his transition from the Rockies beat to the Broncos beat.  He is always clear about what he does and doesn't know, the hallmark of a rational sports pundit, and he finds ways to make objective observations palatable, even when they are saying things we as Broncos fans don't want to hear.

When he first took over the mailbag, you could tell he wanted to do a respectable job, and he would routinely sic google on the questioner's hometown or some minor aspect of their question in order to make the answer more conversational or personalize it.  It makes for good reading, and good reading makes for good learning.

This is the second time in as many days that I have lauded Klis with praise, but I feel it is deserved, and it sure beats complaining about a Williamson 'copy and paste' article....

Klis might be good enough...
...to move up to writing for MHR someday.  MHR should keep an eye on the guy.  It's too bad that the occassional decent writer that gets his start in the media never makes the transistion to REAL sports writing.

: )
