Pacman and Hall are solid players, but with the amount of money given to their other FA's, Hall or Pacman could fill their cap singlehandedly.
Hall to a 17 year, 587 mill $ - 340 guaranteed.
Pacman to a 12 year, 400 mill $ - 390 guaranteed.
