After reading the Fergueson article I was
struck by the following paragraph:

Ferguson's departure leaves the Broncos with only five starting players -- John Lynch, Tom Nalen, Champ Bailey, D.J. Williams and Domonique Foxworth -- from their 2005 AFC title game.

Two years and only 5 out of 22 starters left!?  I hadn't realized there has been that much upheaval.  I guess we are rebuilding, err, I mean in transition.

I was shocked...
When they showed during one of the games last year that from Week 8 in 2006 to Week 8 in 2007 only 6 starters, TOTAL, were the same...

Alot of that was injury based, but not all....

I came across this post
Written by a fan at CBS Sportsline yesterday.  He does a position by position comparison of the 2005 AFC Conference Championship team to the likely 2008 team.  link

As a PS, the NFLPA has redone their website and player salaries are now hidden (or at least I can't find them).  It really makes it hard to judge whether Wiegmann's contract is really a better deal for Denver.  It kinda depends on what his salary is next year and what Myers's contract details with Houston are.  And $180K is a pretty small savings.  I would rather have the better player (and I trust Alex Gibbs's assessment of Myers)

Dave Kieger's hit piece on Shanny was
pretty worthless.  Add something constructive Kieger, but I shouldn't expect so much from a lowly journalist.

The Kieger Article
was worthless but if you read the fan bouts at the end those are worth something. A lot of fans are becoming frustrated by what they are unaware of. I posted a link to MHR on the end of the article to help them some to understand a little of what is gonig on down in dove valley. I think we have a better grip on this than keiger at least.

I think your train of thought...
I only wish I had an account.  I decided long ago I would only create accounts on websites I wish to be vocal on.  A newspaper website who are staffed by (in my opinion) worthless journalists is not on my list of places I want to create a user account.

The only reason
I have an account is I used to subscribe when I lived in colorado and then when I moved out it was the only way to keep up with the CO news.

Kreiger took cheap shots
I didn't get why he took a few cheap shots at Shanahan for building a new house. Jealousy is ugly I guess.
