With The 10th Pick In The MHR Community Mock NFL Draft...

The New Orleans Saints, proudly controlled by BroncosDude793 select....

MIKE JENKINS, CB - USF

While Broncosdude793 really didn't provide any comments, it is safe to assume that the Saints have a plethora of needs on the defensive side of the ball.  Jenkins is fast and athletic and should help to shore up a disgusting defensive backfield in New Orleans.

#2 - St. Louis Rams - OT Jake Long, Michigan
#3 - Atlanta Falcons - DT Glen Dorsey, LSU
#4 - Oakland Raiders - RB Darren McFadden, Arkansas

#6 - New York Jets - DB Leodis McKelvin, Troy St.
#7 - New England Patriots - CB Dominique Rogers-Cromartie, Tennessee State
#8 - Baltimore Ravens - QB Matt Ryan, Boston College
#9 - Cincinnati Bengals - DT Sedrick Ellis, USC

Solid
I would have chosen Rivers with NO but that leaves him on the board. Alos I would have looked a phillips as well the team has a lot of D needs. This is still a solid pick for these guys

I'll comment here now.
That offense is pretty good as it is.  I mean reggie bush, deuce mccallister, brees, colston, and they have some wr's who are coming on so I don't feel that wr is that big of an area to fill.

Yet, on the defensive side, the secondary is well, below average to be kind and with McKelvin and Cromartie gone, it wasn't a bad choice knowing that there is a drop off after this.

Then, if you look at the division, a lb wasn't as need with 6 games coming against teams that arn't what you'd call running juggernauts, but have some wr's who can be dangerous in smith and galloway and that's a problem, so this makes sense when you consider character and what was left on the board.

Denial is a river in Oakland.
