G.M. - CaptChaosSidekick -- The Washington Redskins have found themselves having to make late season scrambles to make the playoffs to due to lackluster performances on offense. Santana Moss and Antwan Randel El are versatile but have yet to provide Quarterback Jason Campbell with a reliable option, especially in the Red Zone.

The Redskins Select Limas Sweed.

Not since Art Monk have the Redskins possessed a wide receiver, of size capable of making clutch receptions. Entering his final season, Sweed was rated the best receiver in college football and one of the nation's top 25 draft prospects. He Possesses good quickness and change-of-direction agility, along with excellent leaping ability. His presence on the field will open up multiple targets in the new west coast offense for Jason Campbell.

Excellent pick...

I grew up in Washington DC and all my friends from the neighborhood hope the Skins manage to land Limas Sweed. The Skins desperately need a larger target across the field from the other two Smurf receivers they have (Moss/R-El).

It's a position of need but

most 'Skins fans want a pass rusher of some sort. The problem that we as Skins fans are finding out is that at #21, value isn't there for our needs. DE/DT (pass rushing) O-line depth (future starter), Secondary.

When the real thing gets here I see them trading out if they can find a willing team.

The real thing needs to get here because I can't take to many more mocks....

Congratulations! I was going to get Sweed for the

Titans at #24. Vince Young really needs a good WR, especially a big target with good hands. Getting a former Longhorn like Sweed seemed like a good fit.

Maybe getting a big receiver with good hands will help VY cut down on all those interceptions.

Another player I was considering was Brandon Albert at Guard. Benji Olso retired and VY needs lots of protection, as he is probably too brave for his own good.
