"When I found out, I talked to Correll, who said to me there is absolutely no validity to the allegation that was made. Charges against Brandon Marshall dropped

"A disorderly conduct charge against Brandon Marshall, who was arrested in Atlanta on Sunday, has been dropped and his case has been dismissed, a source close to the Denver Broncos wide receiver tells ESPN's Michael Smith." Remember, the NFL doesn't need a conviction in order to act, but with news coming so quickly that everything has been dismissed leads me to believe that everyone that was around whatever incident that happened was thrown in the "paddy-wagon".

Marshall Facing Charges In Georgia

This is not new, just an update on a previous incident -- The solicitor's office filed misdemeanor battery charges on September 10th of this year for an alleged incident on March 4th, 2008 in Atlanta. The key word is "MISDEMEANOR". Perhaps Marshall should be charged with assaulting the Chargers secondary, they are the ones B-Marsh really abused. Time for everyone to MOVE ON!!! Of course, the fine folks at ProFootballTalk have no problem digging it up. I won't even give Florio the benefit of a link.
