Raider week in Denver as the Broncos and their fans gear up to the most hated team in the AFC West, the Oakland Raiders. Hard to call a game a "must win" in week four but the Broncos need to win this home game especially with their brutal schedule. Peyton Manning pounded the Pittsburgh Steelers Sunday night and didn't miss a beat after missing all of 2011 due to a neck injury. The Denver Broncos new QB was on fire and masterfully guided this team to victory. Von Miller had two sacks and Tracy Porter intercepted a Ben Roethlisberger pass for a touchdown helping the Broncos win their first game of the 2012 season. Fans are dancing in the streets in Denver. Go Broncos!

Odds makers have the Denver Broncos as a point and a half favorite over the Pittsburgh Steelers but Danny and Shadd see a bigger win in store for the Peyton Manning led Broncos. Broncos finish the preseason with a 16-13 win over the Arizona Cardinals. Then Friday, they reduce their roster to 53. Veteran Drayton Florence gets the axe along with fan favorite Jeremiah Johnson and back up QB Adam Weber. Both Caleb Hanie and Knowshon Moreno live to see another day but EVP John Elway says the process is still "fluid" which could mean more cuts and acquisitions to come. Stay tuned.

Are you allowed to get really excited after a loss? Peyton Freakin' Manning was on fire as the Denver Broncos manhandled the stout 49ers defense during the first half of Sunday's preseason game. The Broncos starting defense also looked impressive while the 2nd and 3rd stringers blew another lead. All stars look aligned for a successful regular season.

The Denver Broncos had their second preseason game of the year and were able to go into halftime against the Seattle Seahawks with a slight lead. The second half was not as productive as the Broncos eventually lost 30 to 10. Saying all that, there is still a lot to be excited about in the Mile High City. The starters on offense and defense look strong as the regular season nears.
