Guru Predicts -- NFL Week 7

I'll be heading out to the Browns/Broncos game in Cleveland in a couple hours, so unfortunately I won't be able to give description of each of the games this week, but don;t fret, I still have my picks for this week, and plan on another week of success  --

LAST WEEK - Straight 8-5

                    Spread  6-7

OVERALL - Straight 58-29(.666)

                Spread   39-48(.448)

San Diego -5.5 @ Kansas City - Give the points, the Chargers have way too much for a Chiefs team decimated by injuries

Chargers 31 - 16

Jacksonville @ Houston +9.5
- Too many point s to give for an enigmatic Jags team that might be without Byron Leftwich.  Texans always play Jags tough.

Jaguars 17 - 13

Carolina +3.5 @ Cincinnati
- Panthers still not getting any love, and after picking against them last week in balitmore, I've learned my lesson.  Panthers win outright.

Panthers 24 - 20

Detroit @ NY Jets -3.5
- Eric Mangini has the Jets playing hard, and the Lions just stink.  Give the points.

Jets 20-14

Green Bay +4.5 @ Miami
- Neither one of these team should ever be favored by 4.5 points.  Can we just not play this game and say that we did?  Dolphins win a squeaker, take the points.

Dolphins 21 - 20

New England -5.5 @ Buffalo
- The Bills have fallen apart again, and after a week off the Patriots are well rested and ready to dominate the AFC East.  Give the points.

Patriots 31 - 17

Philadelphia @ Tampa Bay +5.5
- Gotta love the way rookie Bruce Gradkowski is playing in Tampa.  This one is going to be close, though the Eagles pull it out.

Eagles 24 - 21

Pittsburgh -1.5 @ Atlanta
- My lock of the week.  Give the measly point, the Steelers are back.

Steelers 28 - 13

Denver -5.5 @ Cleveland
- Broncos haven't done well against the number this season, unless you take the under.  I like that to change this week, though it will be a fight.

Broncos 24 - 13

Arizona @ Oakland +3.5
- Arizona can respond twi different ways to the Monday Night collapse, I think they come out fighting...

Cardnials 17 - 14

Minnesota @ Seattle -6.5
- A lot of people think this game is going to be close, I'm not one of them.  Seahawks are awesome at home.

Seahawks 27 - 14

Washington +9.5 @ Indianapolis
- On the other hand, with the way the Redskins can run, and the Colts inability to stop it, I think this game could be closer than originally thought, though the Colts still win.

Colts 27 - 23

NY Giants +3.5 @ Dallas - A classic Monday Night affair that should go down to the last minute.  I like the hometeam in those situations, and Vanderjagt is a pretty good kicker.  Take the points, but the 'Boys win.

Cowboys 30 - 27
