Aaron Wilson reported via Twitter that the Broncos have added former Michigan running back Brandon Minor to the practice squad.
Minor is a big back at 6'1" 218 pounds and suffered a torn rotator cuff at the end of the 2009 season where he was a Maxwell Award candidate as well as a Doak Walker award candidate.
From what I remember in his career at Michigan, Minor was a very solid complimentary power back who was not flashy, but was reliable and always got the job done. He's likely been recovering from his rotator cuff injury this year, so I'm not sure where he's at health-wise, but he's spent time with the Colts and tried out for the Packers in November.
