We've heard from Broncos' COO Joe Ellis as well as interim Head Coach Eric Studesville. While no clear plan has been publicized, Ellis did mention seven different times that McDaniels was let down by the team - in essence - given too much responsibility. The feeling is the Broncos should have given McDaniels more help and less control from the start.
