The Denver Broncos have claimed offensive tackle Chris Clark and cut outside linebacker Baraka Atkins, per Gary Miller and Max Broncos on Twitter.
Clark was originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2008, and was most recently with the Minnesota Vikings.
The former Southern Mississippi left tackle started three straight seasons for the Golden Eagles from 2006-2008. He will provide the Broncos some size (6'5" 315) and depth along the offensive line, where it is desperately needed.
