NFL Owners are meeting today to vote on several issues including new TV Deals that have been struck with the networks. While we all new the figures were big, Daniel Kaplan of the Sports Business Journal tweeted just how big the figures were:
Over the eight years of the new TV deals, NFL gets more than $24 billion, or more than $750 mln per team, about what the Jags are selling 4

Not a bad haul for the NFL. As Kaplan reminds us, however, much of that revenue goes to NFL Players.
@MileHighReport remember, teams share 55% of that with players, so that's $13.2 billion to players from these deals

Needless to say, I expect my NFL Sunday Ticket package from DirecTV to end up somewhere around $1 million next season!
