Denver Broncos Conducting Private Workout with Von Miller

According to a source, the Broncos are conducting a private workout with Texas A&M linebacker Von Miller. At this point in the offseason, teams are trying to narrow down their draft choices and kicking the tires on different prospects. This news should come as no surprise, due to the fact that the Broncos need help at just about every position on the defensive side of the ball.

Many sources around the league hold the viewpoint that Von Miller is not a player worthy of the number 2 overall pick. On the other hand, many of those "sources" will make zero selections in the 2011 NFL Draft.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If the Broncos like what they see with Von Miller, it's not out of the question for him to be selected with the second overall pick. With that said, it's more likely that this workout is to cement the Broncos' true opinion of Von Miller and help give the organization a clearer understanding of what caliber of prospect will be around if they find a partner to move down the draft board a couple spots.
