Irreconcilable Differences and the NFL

Here we are at a current state of limbo regarding football. The League and the Players are at an impasse and it appears that the fans are actually the ones Locked Out by this work stoppage. We are all suffering in disgust about the whole ordeal and just want it to end immediately. So how would you feel if the current litigation strategy restarted the league year, complete with a Free Agency period and a full season under the 2009 CBA conditions, while the two sides continue the litigation and negotiating in the background out of the media?

Would you embrace it with open arms?, or are you finished with NFL football. Is the damage irreparable?, or would it take a public apology at least. How do you feel MHR:
