One person says it's "90 percent" certain the Broncos draft Texas A & M LB Von Miller.
Adam Schefter, who is regarded by many to be the most "in the know" reporter, has stated that there's a 90% chance that the Broncos will pick Von Miller.
Throughout the day, Von Miller has been picking up steam as the popular pick for the Denver Broncos. There has been some debate about whether or not he will fit in the Broncos' 4-3 defense as an OLB, but if he's picked, it's because John Elway, John Fox and Brian Xanders believe he can transition from a 3-4 linebacker to the 4-3 scheme. There is a difference between overall responsibilities from one scheme to the next, but Von Miller has been looked at extensively and possesses a multitude of physical tools that he can employ to make that transition.
It remains to be seen whether this is the direction that the Broncos will go, but 90% is an awfully large percentage with less than a half hour until the pick. If Von Miller indeed becomes a Denver Bronco within the next hour, I'm sure that I won't be alone in welcoming him.
Whatever the outcome, Go Broncos!!!
