It's finally Friday. The one day other than Christmas that everyone looks forward to. And at 52-1, I'd say Christmas is overrated. Anyway, I thought it was about time for another edition of Bronco Blatherings. I've dug up a few things and found some more Trivia to titillate you with, so on with  the show.
FAST FACTS

John Elway threw more touchdown passes against the Seattle Seahawks, 44, than he did against any other team in the league.

No player caught more touchdown passes from John Elway than tight end Shannon Sharpe’s 41.

Of the 8 original founding AFL teams, only the Denver Broncos and Buffalo Bills have never moved from their original city.

TRIVIA TIME

Question 1: What was the most lop-sided win in Broncos history?

Question 2: How many times have the Broncos gone undefeated at home in the regular season since the NFL began the 16-game schedule? If that's too easy, name them.

Question 3: What NFL teams did Pat Bowlen attempt to buy before "settling" for the Broncos?

Question 4: What Bronco player was known as "the Rock on the Right Side?"

Question 5: How many quarterbacks started for the Broncos before John Elway?

ORANGE AND BLUE NEWS

Offseason Positional Power Rankings: Offensive tackles

#7 Ryan Clady, Denver Broncos
Clady recovered from offseason knee surgery in time to start all 16 games in 2010. He wasn’t always the Clady we saw dominate in 2008 and 2009, but by the end of the season he had pretty much returned to his All-Pro form. I’m expecting the 24-year-old to climb this list in 2011.

Mel breaks down the off-seasons and needs of each AFC West team. I couldn't decide whether that one should have been under the "If you are Interested" heading or not.

SOMETHING OUGHT TO BE DONE

Ranking the Toughest Venues

This is wrong on so many levels. It shouldn't matter who the starting quarterback is or how many seats the Wine and Cheese crowd take up. Mile High fans, we need to make a difference. A Return to Glory, if you will. Pat Bowlen brought Elway back, the Mile High Mystique needs to reinvigorate our team. This is tradition we're talking about. The raiders get blacked out for most of the season last year and they still are ranked higher than Denver. That is worse than pathetic to me.

2011 OPPONENTS NEWS

It's looking more and more like Andy Dalton will be the starting quarterback when the Broncos and Bengals meet in Week 2.

Carson Palmer not going to attend Bengals' workouts: Quarterback wants to be traded

Even Jordan Palmer say Carson Palmer is done with Bengals:Younger Palmer competing with Andy Dalton

Marvin Lewis: Andy Dalton could be the Bengals starter: Cincinnati might go with rookie

Christian Ponder is re-working his throwing mechanics

Oakland's Coach Hue Jackson claims that WR Jacoby Ford will be a 'household name.' That's probably a good idea for the raiders to feature him. They might as well give up on " Runs like the Wind with Stone hands" Darrius Heyward-Bey.

Dolphins will add veteran QB, regardless of Tyler Thigpen  Miami G.M. Jeff Ireland made it clear they will add another veteran even if they bring back Tyler Thigpen.

Ndamukong Suh says the Lions going 16-0

Yeah John Kitna said something like that once. They will have to get past the Broncos first though.
