A Douglas County judge ruled Wednesday that the arrest affidavit in the sexual-assault case of Denver Broncos cornerback Perrish Cox will be made public.

The NFL owners are currently meeting to discuss the state of the NFL lockout. And if the owner's next proposal is any indication, the player's association have already scored a knockout.

NFL lockout has 'still maybe two weeks to go'
NFL owners and players met in the Boston area Wednesday in the latest attempt to work out a new collective bargaining agreement, a person with knowledge of the talks said. Commissioner Roger Goodell and members of his labor committee resumed negotiations with players' association chief DeMaurice Smith and several players on Wednesday. A day earlier, NFL owners were briefed on recent progress about a new deal. One NFL player said the NFLPA told him progress is being made "but there's still maybe two weeks to go" before a settlement is likely. The main topic of discussion is the breakdown of total revenues.
