Rahim Moore is a safety from UCLA. He is 6'0 225 pounds. Going into the 2011, he was the top rated safety in the draft. Moore was the top rated safety after three strong seasons at UCLA. As a sophmore, Moore led the NCAA in interceptions with 10. Moore was named to the All Pac-10 team and a few All-American teams after the season. In his Junior Season he had one interception due to his notoriety. In another notable game, he had 8 tackles in a big upset over number 8 Texas.

Moore is also known for his versatility because of his ability to also play corner. Moore has good speed for a safety running a 4.62 40. He is very athletic for his position. He is good at tracking a ball and has a good leap to get it. The knock against him is his tackling ability.

The Broncos will finally have a ball hawk, something they have not had in a long time. Moore will fight for a starting position at free safety. If he doesn't start he will have good  teachers from veteran Brian Dawkins. Moore should be a good fit for a secondary that is one of the oldest in the NFL. The Broncos last season were tied for 30th in interceptions last season only getting 10.
