The NFL announced today the Week 4 nominees for the FedEx Air & Ground Players of the Week and the Denver Broncos are well represented. Quarterback Peyton Manning is among those up for the FedEx Air Player of the Week and Running Back Willis McGahee is part of the slate for the Ground Player of the week.
Quarterbacks Tom Brady of the New England Patriots, Matt Ryan of the Atlanta Falcons and Peyton Manning of our Denver Broncos are the finalists for the Air award.
Running Backs Brandon Bolden of the New England Patriots, Chris Johnson of the Tennessee Titans and Willis McGahee of our Denver Broncos are the finalists for the Ground player.
Here’s a closer look at the Air Player of the Week finalists:
- New England Patriots QB Tom Brady completed 22 of 36 passes for 340 yards, three touchdowns and zero interceptions in the Patriots’ victory over the Buffalo Bills 52-28.

Fans can vote for one player in each category on NFL.com/FedEx from 9 a.m. EST on Tuesday through 3 p.m. EST on Friday to determine the FedEx Air & Ground NFL Players of the Week. The winners will be announced Friday on NFL Total Access on NFL Network and on NFL.com.
