RONNIE HILLMAN had 4 rushes for 24 yards in the victory of Oakland with a long of 12. Hillman played a total of 15 offensive snaps.
STEVEN JOHNSON made a couple nice plays on special teams and I remember one particularly hard hit. He had two tackles in the game. Johnson played 15 defensive snaps. OMAR BOLDEN had 14 special teams plays as well. MALIK JACKSON played 6 plays on the defensive line.
DANNY TREVATHAN had 3 tackles and one assisted tackle. Trevethan continues to look like a great depth player for this team with his ability to play well in both the run and pass. He played 34 defensive snaps and 14 on special teams.
DEREK WOLFE had no tackles in the victory but continued to get a large majority of the snaps. Wolfe played 42 of the 51 snaps .
AROUND THE LEAGUE
ROBERT GRIFFIN III looked to be carrying the Redskins to another huge win to keep Washington in the playoff hunt. However on the final drive, RG3 hurt his knee which removed him from the game. The injury turned out to be a knee sprain. He was 15 for 26 for 246 yards and a touchdown. After he left the game, rookie QB KIRK COUSINS came in and finished the game off and threw a game tying touchdown pass after he then ran in a 2 point convert on a QB Draw. The Redskins would eventually win in OT. ALFRED MORRIS also added to his great season with 23 carries for 122 yards for one touchdown but a lost fumble.
ANDREW LUCK set an NFL record for wins for a rookie with the Colts ninth win of the season. The Colts trailed in the fourth quarter and Luck helped get the Colts two 4th quarter field goals to win the game. Lucks numbers were not super impressive but in the end, the Colts won. Luck went 16 of 34 for a touchdown and two interceptions.
NICK FOLES ended the Eagles losing streak at 8 having a great day. He was 32 of 51 for 381 yards for 2 touchdowns and one slow motion rushing touchdown. One of his touchdown passes was with time expiring to win the game.
RUSSELL WILSON had a nice game against Arizona but who didn't for the Seahawks? Wilson only played as far as mid-way through the 3rd quarter. He was 7 of 13 for a touchdown and one interception, his first interception at home this year(asterisk*****)
DAVID WILSON has frustrated me all season as a fantasy owner. Of course now that I am eliminated, he went off. Wilson was a machine this week. He had 13 carries for 100 yards and 2 touchdowns and also returned a kick for a touchdown and one more for a long way. DOUG MARTIN had another huge day making fantasy playoff owners happy. He had 128 yards in a score in the loss.
TRENT RICHARDSON only got 42 yards on the day for the Browns but he had 2 scores for them. BRANDON WEEDEN had 17 completions for 217 yards. JOSH GORDEN continues to be a great receiver for Cleveland as well. The supplemental draft pick had 8 catches for 116 yards and a score.
LUKE KUECHLY continues to make me a fan every week. He had 11 tackles and 5 assisted tackles in the Panthers upset over the Falcons.
HARRISON SMITH had a 52 yard pick six and 5 tackles in a win over the Bears. Harrison Smith has been very impressive this season. He has 82 tackles, 3 interceptions, 2 touchdowns and 10 pass deflections.
