Denver Broncos - Week 14 Prediction Contest

Welcome to the MHR Week 14 Broncos Prediction Contest. Last week, the Broncos beat the Buccaneers 31-23 and two members chose the exact score. ConradA and broncofaninIL both received comparable prizes to their satisfaction (I only had one Bobblehead). broncofaninIL won the drawing, so he had the choice. Needless to say, they are both elated. Congratulations guys.

This week's contest has the Broncos traveling to the Black Hole for a Thursday Night matchup with the Oakland Raiders. The Broncos are favored by 10.5 points and the wise guys set the Over/Under at 48. Division rivalries are difficult to predict. The Broncos are 21-31 at the Black Hole and the 3-9 Raiders could get an emotional rise from the death of head coach Dennis Allen’s father. Stranger things have happened.

This week’s prize is a brand new Reebok Broncos Ball Cap autographed by Tight Ends Virgil Green and Jacob Tamme. I got them to sign this at Training Camp this past summer.

I also have four 2013 Denver Broncos Cheerleader Calendars to give out this month (one each game), they just haven’t showed up on my doorstep yet, so I haven’t got a picture. They should be here any day now.

• List the winning team first. This will make it easier to filter through 225+ comments. Example: Broncos 37 Raiders 3. If you think Oakland will win: Raiders 14 Broncos 13.

• Please, only one entry per contest.

• The closest score without going over will be the winner.

• Any ties will be resolved by a drawing.

• For those of you who are avid readers, but haven't taken the time to register to comment, there will be more of these, so you might reconsider. There is enough advance notice for the 24 hour probation period for commenting to elapse and still submit an entry for this week.

• Members with multiple user names (accounts) who give multiple guesses, will be disqualified.
