According to Cecil Lammey, the Green Bay Packers may approach the Broncos about their 25th overall pick. Green Bay owns the 28th overall pick in the 2012 Draft. This trade would net the Broncos at least a 3rd or 4th rounder i believe. The Packers may be targeting Boise States OLB/DE Shea McClellin. McClellin has been mocked to the Patriots and Texans, whom all select before Green Bay and have a need for an edge rusher. Green Bay needs another pass rusher opposite of OLB Clay Matthews. They also could be targeting DT/DE Devon Still and DE/DT Kendall Reyes to play DE in their 3-4 scheme as well.
Now who would Denver be targeting? Alot of rumors are swirling out there about the Broncos interest in Boise St. RB Doug Martin, Miami RB Lamar Miller, Baylor WR Kendall Wright, Stanford TE Coby Fleener, Michigan St DT Jerel Worthy, Clemson DT Brandon Thompson, Memphis DT Dontari Poe and Connecticut DT Kendall Reyes. According to The Denver Posts Jeff Legwold the Broncos are interested in moving back and will listen to offers. Earlier this week, Executive Vice President of Football operations, John Elway said
"Preferably, we'd like to go back,"
There's also a rumor about the Broncos interest in moving up to the Jacksonville Jaguars to select DB Stephon Gilmore. The Jaguars own the 7th overall pick, and the Broncos would have to give up a hefty amount of 2012 and 2013 picks to do such a trade, so that seems unlikely. So stay tuned, sounds like we will have some wheeling and dealing tonight, it's going to be fun, and we will keep you guys updated
