Elvis Dumervil arrested in Miami last night. Details to come. Broncos have confirmed.

According to police, Elvis Dumervil was arrested on Saturday night for aggravated assault with a firearm. His bond is set at $7,500, but police have yet to release information about what led to the arrest. If convicted, Dumervil could face up to 5 years in prison and a $5,000 fine.When more information becomes available, be sure that we'll let you know.
The Broncos released a short statement regarding the arrest:
Our organization is aware of the matter and is continuing to gather the facts. This is a very serious allegation and we will thoroughly review the details while the legal process runs its course.
Harvey Steinberg, the attorney of Elvis Dumervil has issued a statement, as well.
"No charges have been filed. No aggravated assault or assault took place. And it is likely that once the full investigation is complete, no charges will be filed against Mr. Dumervil."
If you'll remember, Dumervil was accused of assaulting a parking attendant in 2010, but the charges were dropped a few months later.
