So Training Camps is almost done and the pre-season will be here very soon, so the time has come for you to vote on what the Broncos depth chart should look like. Now a few weeks ago I converted a new tool to help you make a depth chart, so feel free to use it if you need to. But today you are selecting your official depth chart. We'll be collecting the votes through Survey Monkey and then in a week we'll look at the results and present the MHR Community Official Depth Chart.
So for each player you'll select whether they will be a starter, backup, on the practice squad or are cut. I've listed the number of starters for each position (1 starter for QB, 2 for CB, etc). You may select as many backups as you want, just keep that in mind. I did allow it so you can put as many people on the practice squad, but we'll just keep the players with the most votes until the eight man practice squad if full.
I know this might take a few minutes, but your vote matters, you could be the vote that kicks or keeps D.J. Williams or makes Adam Weber beat Caleb Hanie for a backup QB spot. Now you are able to vote for everyone to be a starter, luckily I have a tool to just remove those surveys, so you can do it, but why waste our time and your vote.
*The player order within each position is randomized so if Champ Bailey is at the bottom, it's not because I don't think he should make it or some weird ordering I did, it's just random. I do know this isn't perfect for a number of reasons, but I do think it will create a fairly decent picture of what MHR feels the depth chart should look like.
Here is about many players at each position the Broncos have carried on average over the past few seasons as a template, but you aren't required to have that many at each position:
- QB: 3
- RB: 4
- WR: 5
- TE: 4
- OL: 8
- DT: 5
- DE: 5
- MLB: 2
- OLB: 4
- CB: 6
- S: 5
- P/K: 2
Thanks for all those who took the time to vote!
