The Denver Broncos on Thursday signed linebacker Mike Mohamed to their practice squad and waived tight end Cornelius Ingram from the unit, it was announced.
Mohamed (6-3, 245 pounds) is a second-year player who saw action in two games for the Broncos as a rookie last season after being selected by the club in the sixth round (189th overall) of the 2011 NFL Draft. He spent nine weeks on Denver's practice squad in 2011 in addition to seven total weeks on the team's active roster.
