Broncos worked out Michael Huff, Tyler Sash and John Boyett, according to source. Expected to sign Huff

Nothing is official yet but if this deal does indeed go through, you can expect that Rahim Moore will be out of action for an extended period of time.
With Moore out, the Broncos are extremely thin at safety with only Mike Adams, Duke Ihenacho, Omar Bolden, and David Bruton. Adams is expected to replace Moore. Bruton has seen some time as a starter going back to his rookie season in 2009. Bolden was originally drafted as a corner but was converted to safety this past offseason.
Desperate times call for desperate measures. Huff is far down my list of people I want to see in the Broncos secondary. Opposing QB's have targeted him repeatedly with success. Just this year he has given up 5 receptions on 5 targets for 181 yards and 3 TD's.
Here's a breakdown of how Peyton Manning owned Huff earlier in the year
EDIT 2:37 MDT
Late to the party, #Broncos have signed Michael Huff and placed Rahim Moore on injured reserve (h/t to @RichKurtzman).

Just to clarify, Rahim Moore was placed on short-term IR.
#Broncos will put Rahim Moore on IR, designated to return to add Huff to roster. They expect Moore back.
