At 4:15 PM today local the Denver Broncos released this statement on defensive tackle Derek Wolfe:
"Derek Wolfe is alert and recovering in a Denver hospital after experiencing seizure-like symptoms on Friday. He underwent extensive testing and is now being treated accordingly by doctors, who will continue to monitor his condition."
This comes from a previous report that we linked to earlier today saying that Wolfe had been suffering from food poisoning.
The team has still not released doctor's reasoning for what may be the cause of his sudden illness.
Wolfe will be unable participate in tomorrow's game.
