The Broncos have signed five players to future contracts. Those players being OL Mike Farrell, LB L.J Fort, S Eric Hagg, OL Ryan Miller, and WR Jordan Norwood. They will not officially join the roster until the start of the new league year in March.
Mike Farrell, OL, 6'6 303lbs:
Farrell was a undrafted free agent out of Penn State in 2012. He was with the Steelers for training camp, but was cut in August. Farrell will compete for a backup linemen spot over the offseason
L.J Fort, OLB, 6'0 230lbs:
Fort when undrafted out of Northern Iowa in 2012. During the 2012 season he was on the Browns active roster, and totaled 20 tackles, 1 Int and 1 sack. Fort was cut by the Browns in August. Fort will compete for a Outside Linebacker spot/Special Teams spot during the offseason.
Eric Hagg, S, 6'1 205lbs:
Eric Hagg was the 248th(7th round) pick in the 2011 Draft by the Cleveland Browns. Hagg played two seasons in Cleveland and totaled 33 tackles, and 2 pass deflections. Hagg was waived by the Browns in May. Hagg will compete for a backup safety/special teams spot this offseason.
Ryan Miller, OL, 6'7 320lbs:
Miller was a 5th round pick(160th overall) of the Cleveland Browns in the 2012 draft. The Colorado native played 8 games his rookie year for the Browns. Miller was attending training camp for his second season in July when he sustained a concussion during a blocking drill. The injury was so serious, Miller had to be carted from the field. He was cut by the Browns a few weeks later. Miller will compete for a roster spot along the Offensive Line during the offseason
Jordan Norwood, WR, 5'10 180lbs:
Norwood was a undrafted free agent in 2009. Norwood originally signed with the Browns in 2009, but was waived during final cuts in 2009. Norwood then signed with Eagles, and joined their practice squad. He jumped back and forth from their active roster. He was waived from the Eagles during the 2010 Training Camp. Norwood then latched back on with the Browns, and played three seasons for the Browns. He was again waived in 2013, and spent the 2013 season with the Tampa Bay Bucs. Norwood in his career has caught 36 balls for 405 yards, and 1 touchdown.
