News is pouring in this morning in relation to Von Miller's possible four game suspension, Vic Lombardi of Denver's KCNC and 104.3 The Fan reported that there were two substances at play. One was marijuana.
An hour later 104.3 The Fan's Brandon Krisztal reports on ESPN's Sports Center via a source that he trusts says that the other substance was molly.
But first an update (updated 7/22/2013 - 12:25 PM MTN):
According to NFL source, #Broncos LB Von Miller tested positive for amphetamines and marijuana during his rookie season of 2011.

Molly is a form of pure MDMA (and also an amphetamine) that has become recently popular in high school, college and club circles, comparable to ecstasy, but uncut. Where as ecstasy may be cut with a substance such as baby laxative, molly is not.
The NFL's official policy is that they will not discuss particulars in cases where a player is suspended for a positive drugs test. Many players fall back on claiming that they tested positive for adderall and with the NFL unable to clarify by rule the public is none the wiser.
I have certainly never heard of a player testing positive for either molly or ecstasy.
No dates for Von Miller’s appeal of his four-game suspension have been set yet. Still being worked out.

And support from the Denver Broncos All Time Sack Leader, Simon Fletcher:
Please remember that there is a human side to us all. And yes, I still think Von will hold my franchise sack record one day! #Team73
