Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie has been carted off the field with what appears to be either a left ankle or a knee injury.
Rodgers-Cromartie pulled up lame after landing awkwardly and made his way hopping to the sideline. He was on the ground for a few minutes before he was carted off the field.
He was not putting any weight on his left leg prior to being carted off, he was covering Quincy McDuffie in a one-on-one drill just prior to landing.
Rodgers-Cromartie is the fourth highest paid player on the Denver Broncos defense, due $2.9 million this season (behind Champ Bailey, Von Miller and Wesley Woodyard).
Peyton Manning immediately took advantage of DRC's absence during 11-on-11's:
Manning's #Broncos went 55 yards in 4 plays in hurry up offense for a TD to Demaryius Thomas. #beautiful #BroncosCamp
